The Japan Foreign Trade Council (JFTC) has published the "SHOSHA Handbook 2022" to help as many people as possible to understand the activities of the Shosha, which are said to be difficult to understand.
This handbook has been completely revised for the first time in five years since 2017. Under the theme of "Towards Sustainability and Prosperity," the handbook focuses on Shosha efforts to solve environmental and social issues and create new value through their business activities.
Using numerous diagrams and photographs, it also provides easy-to-understand explanations of efforts to achieve the SDGs and realize diversity, as well as the changing functions and roles of Shosha over time.
We hope that people involved in Shosha and those interested in the activities of Shosha will find it useful in a variety of situations.
